Vic: Residents use service to begin healing
Survivors of Victoria's recent firestorms say today's memorial service won't bring
back the lives they've lost but is part of the healing process.
But many survivors from fire-ravaged towns such as Kinglake decided not to attend the
service .. because they were still too traumatised .. leaving many buses organised for
the event unused in Whittlesea .
