Vic: Petrol price hike expected today
The RACV is advising Melbourne drivers to fill up as soon as possible .. amid predictions
petrol prices could climb to one dollar 45 a litre today.
DAVID CUMMING from the RACV says service stations in Melbourne usually put up their
prices up on Wednesdays under the normal price cycle.
He says last Wednesday one service station chain raised its price at 11 am and the
rest of the major chains followed at 3 pm.
